I have seen more than a few where I had to bite my tongue hard to stop from posting. Sometimes I hope the person figures it out and does not end up with too much damage to the gun or themselves.

I do not do repair other people's guns, so I am not going to see the number of home or hack fixes that you have, Len. You have shown me a few head shakers and the ones that really blow me away are the ones done by "tuners" that got paid for what they did. I thought that only happened in a wrecking yard.

I guess no matter what you get repaired, there are the few good technicians and then there are the others. Trick is find the good ones before you go broke.
