Speed is fine but accuracy is final. You must learn to slow down in a hurry.

The governments response is not a surprise for the use of silencers on all firearms.
The use of silencers on airguns is legal in England and a few other countries and would make sense for Canada, but I have a hard time believing the government would allow them. If the silencers allowed for airguns were only allowed to be made of certain materials and baffle types that would not hold up on powder burners, there could be a very slim chance.
