I called yesterday to get parts for my TAU7, including a valve seal. I know, "Good luck with that."
I arranged with Kelley to get two o-ring sets sent, and stressed that the valve seal was my main concern. She passed me on to John, who after a few questions, advised me to save my $80 and just try to clean up and reseat the seal. That is exactly what I did and it worked a charm, just as John suggested it would. According to John, nothing is coming out of TAU, especially valve seals.
So, win, win for me. I now have my TAU7 working and I saved some money due to an airgun business that I can respect and trust. In the short run, John lost some money, but in the long run, I am sure I will not hesitate to order form D&L when the need arrises. For anyone heavily involved in air-gunning, you know the need arrises fairly often.
Good on you D&L.
